Victoria's Black Swan Inn and Yorktown Memorial Hospital are available to groups and individuals for paranormal investigations.

While we cannot guarantee that a guest will experience a paranormal event, investigations by amateur ghost hunters have discovered interesting evidence, which we are happy to share. Each group that is conducting an investigation is encouraged to provide us with feedback that we can share with other groups and individuals.

Public Tours & Investigations

Join Curious Twins Tours & Events for a pre-scheduled public tours and paranormal investigations. These events are open to the general public, require advance ticket purchases, and take place on select dates throughout the year. Public offerings feature a variety of unique experiences, including daytime home tours, group paranormal investigations, and themed cocktail tours.

Private Tour & Investigation (2-3 hours) - $75 per person

Experience the mystery of Victoria's Black Swan Inn with an exclusive tour, plus time for independent Paranormal Investigation, hosted by Curious Twins Tours & Events. Private bookings require a minimum purchase of two tickets, meaning a solo guest is welcome to book an experience by purchasing a second ticket. While we accommodate reservation requests all days of the week—offering time slots at 8:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 10:30 PM Friday and Saturday—all dates are tentative until approved based on tour guide and venue availability.

Private Team Investigations - $750 (Up to a group of 10)

Hosted by paranormal research teams or individuals for a private experience. This will allow exclusive use of the location and or open areas, for the investigation.

Requires advanced reservation with a minimum guarantee of $750.00. Each additional guest is $50.00 per person.

Teams my bring in any recording equipment needed, food and nonalcoholic beverages. Please note that Yorktown Hospital is a remote location with no RR facilities and limited electricity; but hotels are available in town.

These overnight paranormal investigations offer a check in time of 8-8:30 pm., unless otherwise noted, and general check out is by 8 a.m.
